Meet Dr. Nath
Dr. Aneel Nath is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, specializing in both non-surgical and surgical treatments for the maintenance of teeth and the replacement of missing teeth with dental implants.
Originally from Las Vegas, Dr. Nath earned his degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He further pursued his passion for research at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
In 2005, Dr. Nath began his journey in dentistry at UCSF School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. He later completed a two-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Native American Health Center, where he gained extensive experience treating complex periodontal cases. His pursuit of advanced surgical skills led him to Oregon Health & Sciences University, where he completed a three-year specialty training in Periodontal Surgery.
Dr. Nath is actively involved in organized dentistry, he has been a board member of California Society of Periodontist, sits on multiple committees for the Sacramento District Dental Society, lectures for California Northstate University. He also keeps up with the latest advancements by regularly attending continuing education courses all around the world.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Nath enjoys getting out in nature, fishing, hiking in the summer and back country skiing and mountaineering. When he is not on the mountain you can find him at one of his kid’s youth sporting events or roasting coffee.
